John Ibarra and Associates, Inc. (JIA) is an established land surveying firm serving South Florida for over 20 years. The firm was established by professional surveyors with over 30 years of combined experience.

Our mission

Located in Central Miami-Dade County, our services are provided throughout the South Florida Region from Hardee County to the Florida Keys (please visit our coverage area for more details). Clutter free easy to read Professional Surveys with Location sketch and Encroachments listed and easily identified on survey. Digital photographs of the property are available for all Surveys and/or Elevation Certificates. We are professional land surveyors and mappers. We have our own Plats, Benchmarks, and Flood Maps to better serve our clients. A fully equipped Office Staff and professional AutoCAD drafters, make it an easy-going process for all of our clients. Our Surveys are drafted using Auto-CAD & Land Development computer programs, to ensure best quality and accurate measurements.
